Dynamic field selection in Pivot Table

Hi All,

What would be the best possible way to implement the attached example in a Qlik Sense Pivot Table

Basically, i'm looking to implement something similar to Cyclic Dimension in Qlik View, the user should be able to select the fields that he/she would like to have in the table based on a Drop Down/Check box of available fields.

Any pointers/suggestions would be really helpful.
