Enter a new quote

I cannot enter a new quote to Anteprima Brands  because the system doesn't recognize the name of the account even if it exist and it has an order approved already

Hi @Phloema It could be a system sycing issue.  Please reach out to the Customer Support team by creating a case or you can also chat with them via the blue Help chat bubble at the bottom of every Support page on Qlik Community. Customer Support team will be able to fix the issue.
