Error 404 when opening QMC and QS Hub

Hi Qlik Community

Attached error found when I installed Qlik Sense for version August 2021.

I am not able to access the Qlik Sense Hub and QMC due to Error 404 as per attached. Understand this might be due to the ports being occupied.

I have already disabled the programs running on Port 80, 443 and 4747 but it doesn't seems to help.

Can anyone assist on this??

Many thanks!!

Yes @shaosiong  you need one server for each, you can't have both installed on one server at the same time.

Hello @shaosiong

How did you turn of the ports? It seems the application which is not qlik sense came up first again after e.g. a reboot.

Check with netstat -aon | finstr 443 to see which process is connected to port 443. If its not proxy.exe the  you need to find the other software which is started here.

Very odd is also that you have all 3 80,443,4747 do you by any chance have qlikview server installed on that system?

Best regards

Hi Sebastian

Thanks for the response. Yes, I have QlikView installed prior to installing QS.

Is this the cause of these issues?

Hello @happyfeet11

the usual mistake here is to forget to link the virtual proxy to a proxy, please doublecheck that. Its in the VP section on the right side in dark gray.

best regards
