Error: Field names must be unique within table

Dear QlikTech,

Error: Field names must be unique within table

The log says that there are duplicate field names in the table, so I checked the created xlsx file, but I couldn't check the duplicate field.
Can you tell me what could be the cause of this?
Attach that log as well.
If you know how to determine the cause, or if you know about the cause, please reply if possible.

Can you share your script? in logs it is other language? can you convert it into english then send.

Also check 환자번호 field there Resident [lib://CDW_User_Export/cdwmbc2_약처방(1)__20230525101920] is there in that table.
