Error: Your account is inactive. Contact your administrator to activate it.

Hi

I am getting this error. "Your account is inactive. Contact your administrator to activate it."

Let me give you some info.

I have created users on the same local machine on which qlik in installed. On the latest qlik edition UDC for local users is not available. So I made first login and then this user came into the Users list in qmc, Then I allocated token. After token allocation when I am logging in, then it is showing this error "Your account is inactive. Contact your administrator to activate it"

One more thing:  In the users list in QMC, the Inactive Status is "Yes" and removed externally status is also "Yes". I think this is the issue. How can I make it "No"

Note: I have not used Active Directory Here

Check if the user is marked as "Blocked" in QMC > Users > Edit User. More details on Qlik Sense help site: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2018/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/inactivate-users.htmBlockedUsers.png

No, the user is not blocked.
