Hi, I hope someone can help us. We have two servers running. When using server 1, we receive the data correctly. However, when using server 2, the data appears with question marks like this � . We live in Israel and expect to receive the data in Hebrew, but instead, we get strange characters. any ideas?
It's a matter on the used charset and/or available fonts. I suggest to compare the second server against the first one and to ensure if possible that all settings are the same. This starts with the server OS and downloaded/enable language-packages and fonts, then comes the geo-location of the OS installation and the end will be the various interpretation-variables from Qlik.
If there are further differences make sure that all scripts and data-base driver are identically.
