Error: "Could not Reach http://localhost:4848/hub with error (-102)."

I have just now installed Qlik Sense, and when I was trying to open Qlik dashboard,  I'm getting "Error: "Could not Reach http://localhost:4848/hub with error (-102)." error.  I have checked earlier blogs/questions posted in community, as per there suggestion pressed <F5> and closed/opened Qlik sense again. But no Luck.

Can anybody suggest me why this is happening and how to get rid of this issue?

Hi Dilip,

Please check if an Anti-virus or any local firewall is blocking Qlik process.
