I have users who see different export menus. They are accessing the same application with the same browser. This is an issue because the documentation only shows the square style menu and not the circular menu. What is causing this behavior and how do I make it consistent?
Are they also right-clicking the same object? In particular, if one object is an extension type and another is native (or both are different extensions), context menus may look different.
In vanilla Qlik Sense I think the round menu is for touch screen and the square menu is for regular screens.
Thanks for the response. The objects are all standard tables (not extension type). I did ask if they were using a touch enabled device when the circular menu appeared. I will post my findings later.
The square menu is when touch mode if off, the round menu when touch is on. Also, hover popups will not appear when touch is on.
When using a browser, there is an auto-detection of touch. This does not always work correctly. You can force touch on/off by using the menu in the upper left and toggle the Touch setting.
