Fix order in table by dimension

Hello,

I have a normal table with a dimension that is Balance Voices ordered in a separated table of configuration(without any selection the dimension is order as in the table of configuration). I need, when i select a Project, to see all the voices of the dimension also if this is 0 and that is ok because i have added    "+ 0 * Sum( {1} Sales )"  at the end of the sum of total amount.

The problem is that when i select now a Project i have all the voices but not ordered as before. I have before the voices with amount 0.0 and at the end the evaluated voices. Someone could say me how to fix the order also when i have selections?

Hello, the first is the Balance Voices that i want in this order also if the amunt is 0 and the second is what happen with Balance Voices when i select a Project or more.
