Font Colour not Changing in Sheet Titles

Hi all, 

I have changed the Background colour for our sheets' titles - I tried changing the font colour to white as you can see it isn't visible.  Any reason why this isn't changing?  Tried restarting etc.

Your custom theme might already be defining the sheet title color
