Formatting Bar titles in Bar Chart, title gets cut off

Hi Everyone

In my dataset, I have survey questions. I want to show the entire question, but when its a  long question, it gets cut off. 

I want to either drag the starting point of the bar chart over or at least wrap the text so i can see the whole question. Does anyone know how to do that?

Its by design and I could never understand that, I raised an idea long back, please vote for it -

there are few extensions they do provide the wrapping feature but miss many features of native bar charts.
