Getting unsupported file format when export and import the apps using QRS API

Hello,

I am getting  unsupported file format issue when export and import the app without data using QRS API. please find the exact case below

1. Export the app without data using QRS api.

2. Import the app using QRS api

3. Load the data. --> this app is working 

4. Duplicate the app --> this app is not working, getting unsupported file format issue 

Note: this issue is coming only for export without data case.
