Grouping Analysts

Good morning all,

I'm currently trying to group analysts per market
So like John Smit to French, Edward Coolman to German, Peter Pan to America, and so on for about 100 analysts. I tried the if categories, but i can't seem to choose more than 20 conditions, and didnt work at all. Formula i wrote was an utter mess.

Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

It's okay, i seem to have worked it with a complicated nested if.

Thank you

In the script, you may try using  applymap()

must be doing something wrong but it's not working, i'd share a screen shot but the names have to remain internal as per GDPR

Make dummy data and show the code, otherwise it's hard to understand what you did wrong in the code.
