HOW to: synchronize the task to the rim nodes

Hi.

I get the following error-message when I run a specific task from QMC (I can run the app from the HUB with no error).
"Task finished with state FinishedFail" with this description "Command=Finished task;Result=65;ResultText=Error: Failed"

QUESTIONS:

1) What is a rim node?

2) How do you synchronize a rim node?

Normally I just create apps, and I have no deep technically understanding of a Qlik installation.
