Hide Default tooltip in bulletchart in vizlib table

I am using a Vizlib table as a sparkline. One column is a bulletchart, where I have values for the actual measure, as for the target and all the ranges (range1, range2, range3). I have also created a custom tooltip for the cell, which shows the info I want to. However, when I hoover the bulletchart, an additional tooltip is shown, which displays the value of the target or the ranges (ex: 'Range - 50' or 'Target -20'):

Is there any possibility to hide this 'default' tooltip so that the info displayed is just my custom tooltip when I hoover any part of the cell?

Thanks in advance
