Highlight cells if there is a difference in the previous cell value

Hi, I am having a pivot table as below. I want to highlight cells if their is a difference in current cell and the previous cell. I have highlighted in the below screenshot.

In the below screenshot the member number 1002 is having a change from B to C for the periods 2022-09-30 to 2022-12-31, so C is highlighted. 

I am using below formula but it is highlighting all values in first and last columns irrespective of change

if(after(column(1)) = before(column(1)), White ,RGB(223,136,121))
