How to Identify a file that change name

Hi to all!!!!

I have a connection to an excel file that changes the file name according to the date:

Filename_2 on the 08/08/2019

Filename_3 on the 09/08/2019

Is it possible to configure the connection so Qlik identifies the file by the 6 or 7 first characters of a specific file located in a specific folder?

Thanks for the links, but I did not see how to configure the connection so Qlik identifies and work with a part of the name file.

As an example,  I need that Qlik identifies the 8 first characters (filename) of the next example and do not take into consideration the "_" and number (1 , 2):

original: filename_1 connection file name: filename 

original: filename_2 connection file name: filename

It may be easier to find a way to refresh data in a single excel sheet from the changing sheet.
