How to assign colors to the grade?

I watched a video on Interval Match by Michael Tarallo and in his video he has assigned colors to each grade (I have attached a SS of the same in this post). I want to learn how to do it. Please help. Thanks!

Take a look at the explanation an then the examples, it's the same, just changing the times to numbers.
