I would like to calculate Churn rate on my data and I don't know how to do it.
Moreover, the lost customer are not in the same table than real customers, so it's even more difficult for me. Can anybody help me?
I'm trying this in the denominator, but I thing it's wrong:
Count ({$ <[ALTAS.AnoInstalacion] = {"<= 1 (= MakeDate([ALTAS.AnoInstalacion]))"}>} [ALTAS.instalacion])
And when I combine it with the numerator (Count({$<[CLI_DETALLE.Baja]={'SI'}>} [Año])) the result is not fine.
Solved: They didn't want a graph but a number, so I used a KPI and it was much easier.
