How to change orientation of "DATA POINTS" in Bar Graph ??

I have two graphs in my dashboard and the orientation of Data Points in both graphs are different, one is vertically aligned and the other horizontally aligned.

is their an option / way to change the orientation of Data Points to keep them consistant in both graphs ??
