How to create categories & subcategories dimensions in pivot table?

Hi,

I'm struggling with one thing. I need to create my pivot table in the following format:

Margin Finance TOTAL:

     Margin 1

     Margin 2

     Margin 3

Margin Leasing TOTAL:

     Margin 1

     Margin 2

     Margin 3

I've read qlik pivot docs but so far no luck 😞 How can I obtain such effect?
