How to display max week and year no in label

Hi All,

I have Requirement to display max year and max week no in labels.

date wise it is working fine but where as label am unable to achieve please.

ex: i have year  data for 2018 (week 1 to 35) and 2107  (week 1 to 52).

in the table label default  i want to display 2018 W 35 ISO.

i had tired but default it is taking max year not week.

please help me on the same.
