How to find qlik sense data variable system into ODBC

Hi,

I want to use qlik sense data variable  in my datawarehouse.

Example :

variable _name : vDay and variable_value of vDay = '2021-12-21'.

In which table can I find those informations into my  ODBC connection to make the link with my nprinting variables system ? 

PS : Attached in, capture of my ODBC connection.
