How to get Swipe In and Out time from the below data

The below is my data,  Direction will indicate that the swipe is whether In or Out, Can you please help me in deriving that fields

ZONE 1
EMPLOYEE	SWIPE	DIRECTION
E1	08:00AM	IN
E1	10:00AM	OUT
E2	10:00AM	IN
ZONE 2
EMPLOYEE	SWIPE	DIRECTION
E3	08:00AM	IN
E3	10:00AM	OUT
