How to get the value of previous cell in Qlik sense?

Hi,

how to get the value of previous cell in Qlik sense?

For example:

=if((match(Month,6)), Above(Price(1)/Stock))

Month: 6

Stock: 45

Price (Previous month): 74

Result: 74/45 =  1,64

Above or below function dose not work for me.
