How to pick first row for each key values and create new Column?

I have the table and I want only the first cell in the Holidays column to be holiday entitlement for all employees.

Output:

Personal:

Load

PerID,

Monat,

Urlaub

from .....

Can someone please help me?

LEFT Join (Table)

Resident Table

Where Monat =1;
