How to reduce minus sign for duration values in a symmetrical bar chart

Hi all.
I know that in order to remove the minuses fro the lest part values I need to change the format of the pattern. But I don’t know how to do it for the duration. Could someone help with it, please?

In number formatting, select measure expression

then, in your expression, use the dual function; something along these lines (the first element will be displayed as part of the label, the second is the actual number used to put the bar chart together):

dual(interval(fabs(Avg(YourMeasure)),'h:mm:ss'), Avg(YourMeasure))
