How to repeat the same value in different columns but the same row in pivot table

For eg. Pivot table. Basically where I am reflecting names, there is different field which is a concatenation of two fields which should be duplicated in all the months depending, if there is no specific value assigned for a particular month, but we no know the quarter only.
