How to upload an Sense extension to Qlik Cloud?

Is there any way to upload an extension used in a Sense Desktop app to Qlik Cloud?

If not, is there in the short term roadmap?

Extensions are not available in this version.

you can catch the dashboards created in Qlik sense desktop and press the cloud
