I have two fields 1.Channel 2.Category.

The Channel field contains field names like Bulk, D-fill, transfer, 

The category field contains field names like 

Devices, Sim cards, accessories, Collateral

I need to get these two fields displayed in the pivot table as in this format. 

What are the changes I need to do in the front end to get this output?

The format you are asking is Straight table.

You can turn on "Full Expanded" and turn off "Intent Rows" from "Presentation" under table properties.
