I need filter Like Quater and month and fincial year

Hello, 

I am having this data  .IN QLik Sheet .I want filter like YEAR ,QUATER,MONTH BUT I am facing issue like there is two date columns One is for Order Placed and one is for Order received .How can i create common filters for this data like if i select year=2019 then for both it will change . Can anyone help me  with this issue
