If Statement

Hello,

I have two columns drivercompletedby and asvrcompletedby. Im trying to use both columns to return ran&unrun based on the following:

drivercompletedby ='MES$' or '' and asvrcompleted by='' returns unrun, rest would be ran. Any help is appreciated.
