Impossible to invite other users in a shared space

Hello,

I can't invite other members, all of whom own their own Qliksense Business user license.
When they try to connect to the shared space, it returns the error that they do not have a license.

Do you have an idea?

License allocation is a different from authorisation.  Users will still need to be assigned a license in the management console.

Have you assigned the Professional or Analyzer license to the users under "User Allocation"? That is required. If this does not answer, what is the error message? Pleas share the screen shot.

I tried to allocate licences, but I'v none to distribute, we buyed our Professional licences separately. Does it mean that I should have buy for example 4 licences and then distribute it to my colleagues?

Hi, Yes you will be needing a License (Professional/Analyzer) and allocate it to users. After that you can add them as a member for shared spaces and can assign a role.
