Installing monitoring apps feb 2019 release

Hi All,

I have a feb 2019 release Qliksense server which has only log monitor and operations monitor installed. how can I install sessions monitor, license monitor and reload monitor.My environment has 4 rim nodes, 1 central node and 2 schedulers.
