Inverted graphs and changing specific colors

Hello,

I m struggling with two things actually -

I have two bars, which have to be compared together - one (usually higher) is telling what is total of approved budget for some project.
Second bar (lighter color) is telling how much budget is remaining for that project.

My questions are -

1 - How can I invert second graph ? I would like to have it more like "inverted", that means it will be showing difference between what was actually spent (and bar will be going higher towards total budget, depends on that number, until it will reach approved budget) rather than now, which is showing how much is remaining and second bar is going down, until it will be depleted.

Current expression for "Remaining budget" is this :
Sum(budget) - Sum(Aggr(Sum(Distinct rateamount) * Sum(Distinct duration), projecttitle))

2 - how can I setup own colors  in that ?

I would like to have that lighter bar red, or in different color at all, how can I do that ?

I saw there is something like "Pallete" but it is not giving me option to choose colors by myself (only single color, which paint both bars in same one).

when you create 2 master items (Measures) you can give these master items their own color:
