Is it possible to list different Dimensions in a list for a filter?

I have several different dimensions in a filter, but they are appearing side by side. 

Is there any way to get all of the dimensions to appear in one drop down list? Or is there another option I can use?

Not clear what you mean. Please share some examples
1 filter is 1 dimension (1 column in your datamodel)

What happens when you change the size from horizontal to vertical? Then all your filters should appear underneath each other.

I mean say I have five dimensions on which grocery store they like. Grocery Store 1, Grocery Store 2, Grocery Store 3, etc. Is there a way to have them all appear in the one dropdown list? Basically combine these 5 choices into one? Would I need to do this in the Load Editor?

Yes. You will need to model it appropriately to ensure data quality is not compromised
