Hi Qlikers,
Is there any new Feature in QlikSense apart from Qlikview11?

They are two different products that run over the same engine. What means that script and expressions used in QlikView 11 will run just right in Qlik Sense. But there is not a comparison of features because they are not comparable.

Check Henric Cronström blog post here: http://community.qlik.com/blogs/qlikviewdesignblog/2014/07/29/view-or-sense

Hi Venkata,

It's mostly about new visualisations - some of the charts look far nicer than their QlikView counterparts.  The interface is easier to use, and wizards guide users to build what they want.  This will open up analysis to more people, as non-developers should be able to self serve.  The architecture of the UI is also different, in the full server version you will be able to develop apps in any browser - not just on the Windows platform.  The scaling of the page to intelligently fit to any size device is another important move forward for sense.

That said, there are a number of features that have not been moved across from QlikView, so for certain things QlikView will still be the tool of choice.

You may want to see my blog post for more thoughts on Qlik Sense: http://bit.ly/1kq2Go5

Hope that helps,

Steve

Hi Venkata,

They are 2 different products. In short Qlik Sense is more focus on Visualizations and Self-service data discovery. There are a couple of resources you can read more:

Best recommend is to test and experience by yourself, I hope we do not compare apple with orange here right?

Regards,

Wallace
