Issues after update qlik sense from 12.5 to 12.26

Please I will appreciate any help on an issue I'm facing here after update qlik sense from version 12.5 to 12.26.

Just after the update process, when I tried to charge data, I received the following error: connector is not respond

To solve that problem, I installed the package Qlik ODBC Connector and the situation now is a little different. Something related to drivers, errors HY000 e 01S00.
