Liberar objetos por usuários

Dentro de cada APP, tem os objetos das visualizações.

É possível liberar somente um objeto de um APP para um usuário específico. Mantendo bloqueado os outros objetos para o mesmo usuário?

A ideia é: eu tenho um app com informações dos funcionários por área. Preciso que cada gerente veja SOMENTE os funcionários da sua área
