License Monitor Dashboard Last 28 Days

Hi,

I am trying to get the number of times a user has logged in Qlik Sense for the last 28 days and also get its last login date.

I went to License Monitor Dashboard > User Access History worksheet > User Access Sessions per User.

However, when I went to filter the user, the Last 28 Days doesn't seem to be correct, or is different from what I expected it to be.

The Last Session of the user was 8th of September 2020 however, the Last 28 Days says that there has been 2 instances of this user logging in for the past 28 Days. Shouldn't it be zero?

I checked the formula that comes with Qlik Sense for Last 28 Days and it's this one:

count({<[Access Type]={'User Access'},LogTimeStamp= {">=$(=max(LogTimeStamp)-28)"}>} DISTINCT ProxySessionId)

How do I get the correct result for the number of times the user accessed Qlik Sense for the past 28 Days?
