License offline set-up

I have received the SLD from customer support team and have the article to activate the license. However, I facing some problems.

I refer to many Article:

 https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-to-activate-Qlik-Sense-QlikView-and-Qlik...

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Long-term-offline-use-for-Qlik-Sense-and-Qli...

And tried this solution multiple times, but it still doesn't work.

This issue has been ongoing for a month, and I can't get a solution.

I need to complete this environment setup by 9/15, otherwise I can't proceed with development and testing.

Please assist further, thank you.

Hello,

In order for the installed Qlik Sense software to validate the license key it reaches out to the Qlik license server from your server where the software is installed.

backend server: license.qlikcloud.com

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/URL-to-the-Qlik-backend-license-server/ta-p/...

You need to check if this link is reachable from your Qlik Sense server.  (Http 404 is the expected response)

https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Sense-with-a-Proxy-How-to-test-access-t...

If you cannot open this URL directly from the server you can also use a proxy server which will have the URL open and steps to configure a proxy are given in this link
