Limitation in Table is working ?

Hi All,

To show the last 12 months, data in Table report,

I am doing in Data - Limitation to 12.

the table needs to show - from Max(Claims Captured Month] ) i.e Aug2019 , Jul 2019... until Sep 2018. But I am not picking the December 2018 Claims Captured Month data. Though the data is present.

Hi,

you could use set analysis (try to see file attached)

its because your claim captured month is text. When loading the data convert it to actual date field and it should work.
You can still display it as month year .
e.g.
Date(Date#('August 2019'&' 01','MMMM YYYY DD'),'MMMM YYY')

You should be able to do with top 12 approach or through set analysis
