Looking for a Range in other Table

Hi all,

Have 2 Transactions-Tables: CALLS and FEATURE. These two tables are linked by a person (ReceivingParty).

What I am looking for:
When slicing Timestamp-Dimension in Table CALLS (XIM_CAL.StartTimeStamp) then it should be looking in Table FEATURE if XIM_FEA.Enabled was True. 

Challenge:
Looking for the suitable timerange in Table FEATURE (between XIM_FEA.StartTime and XIM_FEA.EndTime) and if there is a suitable timerange -> check if FEA,.Enabled is True.

The challege here is also that the timestamp in CALLS does not associate with the Timestamp in FEATURE. To link these two Timestamps as well is not a good idea, because then I can't look for a timerange.
