Mashup - IIS-Ticket authentication

Team, we are facing a problem when trying to use the ticket level authentication on qliksense server.

we have created a mashup, deployed the same on the IIS server. Now we are sometimes getting data and some times not  getting data. 

Can some one please help us with steps to do proper deployment on IIS and use ticket authentication. 

any help here will be much appreciated
