Mastercalendar date field not showing up as a date field :(

Hi Qlik Sense expert,

I have created a master calendar for my data set but for some reason cant add the date field to date picker chart element.

Can you help me find what may be causing this?

1. Please check the format of your calendar date 

2. Check whether its actually a date column or text 

Please share the sample data so that we could check further
