Memory Issue in Qlik Sense Server

Hi, we are using licensed Qlik Sense, Today we got email alert based on Memory utilization more.  Around 90% memory consumed in the Qlik Server.

How to check and debug this issue?

we can able to access all the folders and logs. Also we have Operation Monitoring from HUB. Kindly suggest.

This issue could be better discussed in a regular support ticket so you can send the logs to Qlik Support.  Memory spike can be caused by a few possible factors. For example,  high working set for Qlik engine is set to 90%  by default, so it could be normal to consume more memory when a large app is loaded. Please check in the document The Qlik® Associative Engine memory management and CPU usage  for how Qlik Engine utilise memory and CPU.

If that happens frequently, you may need to check if any particular action may trigger the spike, such as opening a specific app or run a task.

It could also be that the server specs are not adequate for the current work load.  You will need do server sizing and upgrade the hardware if needed
