Migrating Data Warehouse from Elasticsearch

Hi, I am new to the Qlik community and looking for some specific answers as I could not find them elsewhere. 

1. What exact Qlik version supports on-premise Linux installation?

2. What would be enterprise-level pricing for the above-mentioned version?

3. What is the type of license, this version affiliates to?

4. Wanted to ask an opinion about the connectivity options of Qlik to different DB like Elasticsearch, MySQL, SQL Server.

I think you need to talk to a QliK reseller to get these questions answered.   However, from what I've seen, QlikSense only runs on Windows platforms.
