Monitoring apps are not installed during the system setup

Hi

I've just implemented two Qlik Sense environments (3.2 R1). In one of these environments, a clustered environment containing two servers, the monitoring apps are not installed.

I tried to export the monitoring app from the other environment and then import those into the cluster environment, but not succeed.

Do you have any idea why the monitoring apps are not installed during the setup and how I can get them implemented?

Thank you in advance

As I said, I set up two environments. When the monitoring apps were missing in one environment, I tried to export the apps in the other one.

I thought that then I could import the apps into the cluster environment where they are missing. But every time I do it, I get an error saying import failed

take a look at your cluster "app folder".

how many apps you find there ?
