Month definition

Hello,

 

I have 3 fields: Date, Time and Quantity.

I would like to get the Quantity sum per Month, but my Month starts on 1 day of the month at 7am and ends on the first day of the following month at 7am. Example: July is from 01.07.2022 07:00 to 01.08.2022 07:00.

Could you please help me with the month definition in the script?
