We are currently working on an upgrade from Nov-18 to June-19 version. For some reason in our June-19 instance I can see multiple versions of the Operations Monitor and License Monitor apps. However the majority of them have migration status Unknown and their Names have _23.11.2.0 appended.
Our upgrade approach has been to copy content from the old Nov-18 version to the new June-19 version. The two monitoring apps present in the old version have copied over correctly and their migration status is Successful. However for some reason additional apps have been created that were never in the old system.
Is there any reason these apps have been created, and can they safely be deleted given the original apps have been copied over correctly?
